Welcome to BoardVerse ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BoardVerse website and applications (the "Service"). By creating an account, playing as a guest, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You may play as a guest without registering. Guest accounts are temporary: their progress, rating, and history may be lost at any time and are not guaranteed to persist. Create a full account to keep your data.
You agree not to: use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play or manipulate results; exploit bugs; interfere with other players; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may adjust or reset ratings and statistics, or suspend accounts, where we reasonably believe cheating or abuse has occurred.
Ratings, leaderboards, and match results are provided for entertainment. We make reasonable efforts to keep them accurate but do not guarantee they are error-free, and we may recalculate or reset them at our discretion.
Certain features may be offered as a paid subscription (currently RM9.90/month). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and features may change with reasonable notice.
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by BoardVerse or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. The board games themselves are classic games in the public domain; our particular implementation and branding are not.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoardVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
